Who I Am
Just a silly queer committed to using their degrees in psychology and communications, passion for fitness and the body, and experience in the somatic and embodiment space to spread love in their community.
I believe that your body is good, that you are deserving of closeness and trust with your body, and that you are capable of so much more than you think! Together, we will create safety and excitement around movement that works for YOU.
With 7 years of experience in personal training, fitness, social work & crisis, embodiment, and somatic movement, I am dedicated to helping you feel your best holistically through a psychosomatic, scientific, personalized approach to fitness.
In my spare time, you can find me at the park with my dogs, holed up reading at a coffee shop, in the mountians in a hot spring, or…at the gym!
You have questions, I have answers:
-
I sure do, buddy! In fact, at any given point, most clients I work with have some sort of combo of the above + more!
-
Primarily at Move with Ease, a private, BIPOC + queer-owned movement studio in the Baker neighborhood in Denver. It’s a shoes-off space that prioritizes embodied movement, learning, and safety.
-
Oh, do I! As a nonbinary trans person, I am passionate about ensuring that everything we do together adds to your short- and long-term gender euphoria. We swap out things that cause dysphoria, and we have very real conversations about what you’re looking for in terms of your gender expression. I also create and take folx through comprehensive programs for pre- and post-top surgery (no matter how long ago you had it).

If you have chronic pain or injuries, you are in good company here. One of my specialties is working WITH (not just *around*) pain. As someone with chronic pain myself, and whose first client YEARS ago was someone with a shattered lower spine, I have been helping folx decrease pain or become pain-free for a long time. Send me a message and tell me about where you need extra considerations!
