1:1 In-Person Coaching
Train with Liv In-Person in the Baker neighborhood of Denver through comprehensive and personalized programming based holistically on your goals.
Online Coaching
The warmth and personalization of in-person training with the accountability and flexibility of online. You get to work with your schedule, all while having daily access to both your trainer and workouts that were made just for you.
Movement Consulting
1.5 hour in-person or virtual sessions to create a fitness & mobility plan, assess and improve form & posture, and take a deep dive into specific topics—from how to create your own workouts, to somatic and embodiment practices that would work best for you, what gender-affirming exercises you can do and why, etc.
PLUS, receive a complimentary 3-week check-in to make sure everything is going smoothly.
Coaching Mentorship
Learn from a trainer with 7+ years of experience in fitness coaching, psychology and communications, embodiment and somatic practices, business management, and trauma-informed care for people with mental health-related concerns, chronic pain, injuries, and autoimmune disorders.
